David Schnitzer is a licensed Acupuncturist Physician and a diplomate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Since leaving the military in 1992, David has been on a journey to help people relive their suffering and promote a healthy lifestyle. David earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Southeast College of Oriental Medicine, where he received the “Clinical Excellence” award given to the college’s highest achieving student. He trained under Dr. Gordon Xu, a Master in Oriental Medicine. David has been in private practice for over 18 years. He is contracted to do acupuncture at the Hanley Center.
Penny Wang is a licensed Acupuncturist Physician, a diplomate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and an American board-certified herbalist. Penny as born and raised in Liaoning Province (Northeast), China in the city of Dalian. She earned her B.S. in Health Science and a M.S. in Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. Penny practices Traditional Chinese Medicine in her approach to treating many common issues of her patients (e.g., Fertility, Pain and Pain Management, and Anxiety and Depression). Penny has a particular passion for herbology, which she credits with seeing the results of traditional Chinese herbal formulas and their effectiveness treating a variety of health issues.
